1. Refund & Returns Policy
At WodiPrints, we take pride in every product we create. If something isn’t right, we want to make it right. Please read our policy below carefully so you know exactly where you stand.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
To qualify for a refund or return with WodiPrints, the following conditions must be met:
- The product or service was purchased directly from WodiPrints.
- The request is made within 7 business days of delivery or project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
- The product is defective, damaged, or does not meet the specifications confirmed in your order.
- Customised orders including personalised prints and branded materials are not eligible for return unless there is a clear defect or error on our part.
- Proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation) must be provided with your request.
2. Non-Refundable Items & Services
The following items and services cannot be returned or refunded:
- Personalised or custom print orders delivered in accordance with approved proofs
- Digital files or designs once they have been delivered
- Services that have been completed and approved by the client
- Orders damaged as a result of client mishandling after delivery
3. Refund Process
If your request meets our eligibility criteria, here is how the refund process works:

- Provide a clear explanation of the issue along with supporting evidence such as photos or screenshots.
- Our team will review your request within 3 business days and keep you updated throughout.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Note: Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
4. Return Process
If a physical item needs to be returned to us, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team to initiate the return and receive further instructions.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome — whether a refund or replacement has been approved.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Replacement Policy
In certain cases, WodiPrints may offer a replacement rather than a refund particularly for defective or damaged products. Replacements are processed after the original item has been received and inspected by our team. We will always aim to find the fairest resolution for you.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before production has begun. Once a customised order has entered the production process, it cannot be cancelled.

7. Dispute Resolution
If a disagreement arises regarding a refund, return, or replacement, our team will make every effort to resolve the matter fairly and amicably. Any unresolved disputes may be subject to applicable consumer protection laws in the United Kingdom.
We believe in honest, transparent service and will always do our best to find a resolution that is fair to both parties.
